It assesses your knowledge of customers, relationships with key customers, commitment to followup and execution, clarity of communication, level of focused training, degree of integration of service departments, alignment with customer needs, and usability of measurement methods.  This is for Management.  Results are emailed to the client with the option of an in-depth planning workshop.   Saves time, money and implementation increases profits rapidly.
