If you are looking for ISO certification in Panama, one of the first questions is: what information do I need to provide to receive a quote?

Your company does not need to have everything ready. The information available lets us understand the size, scope and level of progress of the organization, so we can recommend the most suitable service and prepare a proposal that fits your needs.

What information do we need?

1. The ISO standard you want to implement or certifyFor example: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37301, ISO 37001 or ISO 27001.
2. The type of service you needIt may be ISO certification, internal audit, pre-audit, gap analysis, process assessment, implementation or ISO training.
3. Scope of the certification or assessmentIndicate which activities, products, services, processes and locations will be included.
4. Number of people involvedThe number of employees and, especially, of people involved in the processes within the scope helps size the service.
5. The organization’s processesIt is useful to know the main processes included in the scope and, where possible, the approximate number of existing processes or procedures.
6. Procedures and available documentationThis may include procedures, work instructions, policies, manuals, risk matrices, records, indicators and other management system documents.
7. Current state of the management systemDoes the company already have a system in place? Has it carried out internal audits, diagnostics or previous assessments?
8. Findings and action plansIf there are nonconformities, observations, corrective actions or pending improvement plans, this information helps us understand the current level of readiness.
9. Number of sitesIndicate how many locations are part of the scope of the certification or assessment.
10. Target dateIf there is a planned date for the audit, certification, tender or a client requirement, it is important to state it.
